What this is

A way to talk to Sova instead of typing. Your browser turns speech into text, the text goes to the assistant, and the answer is read back to you.

Do not use it to approve things

There is no speaker verification here. The page cannot tell your voice from anyone else's. It must not be used to authorise payments, sign agreements, unlock accounts, or confirm anything where it matters who is speaking.

What it is not

It is not an emergency service, and it is not medical, legal or financial advice. If something is urgent, call the people whose job it is.

Answers come from a language model and can be wrong. When you are listening rather than reading, it is harder to notice that — so treat what you hear as a starting point, not a conclusion.

What we do not claim

We publish no accuracy figure for speech recognition and no response-time guarantee. Those depend on your browser, your microphone and your connection, and we have not measured them. The page tells you what your browser can actually do rather than what we would like it to do.

We also make no claim about other voice assistants. We have not tested them.

Recording other people

Please do not hold the button while someone else is speaking without telling them. Where you are, that may also be against the law.
